Goodbye Jean :(

Last night Childlife said farewell to Jean from France who spent the past 6 weeks volunteering at Childlife.

During his time at Childlife Jean infected the children and staff with lots of love and good positive energy. He brought alot of colour and life into the shelter making flags, dream catchers, painting signs, building bridges, working on the house on the island in the middle of the lake "Baan Glaang Nam Glaang Far" as well as spending alot of time getting to know and understand the children.

He also provided many highlights including falling in the river on a trek between Akha villages and flying past some hay bails, also on the same trip.

His big hugs, french accent and interesting hair will be sorely missed around the shelter.
